Crcuit based facility with some really good group exercise classes. Nice if you are new to working out and want a smaller women only facility. They offer challenges for prizes to help you track your progress and stay accountable to your fitness routine and/or weight loss efforts during the year. When I was last there the operational hours varied by the day; were not open early am every day. I had a gift certificate and used most of my credits for the "other" services offered; massage table, reflexology since I have a mega gym membership.
