About Yoga Mountain Center
Yoga Mountain is Montpelier's premier community-oriented yoga studio in the heart of scenic downtown Montpelier, Vermont. We are fueled by the energy, dedication, and inspiration of our teachers and students.We are known for high-quality instruction, small classes, and skillful, individualized attention given to each student. The atmosphere in our studio is spacious, bright, warm and welcoming.Currently we offer classes seven days a week with 12 Certified Teachers on Staff. We also offer an array of workshops, retreats, and events.Our goal is to provide the best in yoga instruction, from a spectrum of traditions and styles, in a heart-centered, supportive environment.We now have classes in two bright studios on the second and third floor of 7 Main Street. These spaces are also for rent and are perfect for yoga, massage, healing arts, group work, and events.Location
