About Hawaiian Experience Spa - Chandler
Hawaiian Experience Spa believes that the highest quality massage therapy can be provided in an exotic and relaxing atmosphere. The Hawaiian-themed day spa showcases bamboo-lined walls and exotic bamboo flooring in the reception area and hallways. The spa lounge has a flagstone floor with large windows where guests can enjoy a Tiki-style bar with complimentary fruit, snacks, tea, water and more, with a view to a lake surrounded by palm trees. Signature treatments are based on Hawaiian lomi lomi massage, and other services offered include massage, facials, body scrubs, polishes and wraps and couples treatments. The spa also features infrared saunas made from cedar wood and a lava cave private steam room and shower. In addition to the shower in the steam room, there is a seven-head stone shower room that clients can use after any treatment.Location

I've been coming to this spa for several months now and can truly say this is a great place to enjoy a relaxing stress free massage!
My most recent massage was a birthday treat I enjoyed for 2 incredible hours and was the best massage I've ever had thanks to Mary ... I'll definitely ask for her again and again!!!

From the moment you step in they make you feel like you are in Hawaii. I was able to choose what "music" I wanted listen to and I recommend the ocean waves. My massage was very relaxing and focused on areas where I was a little tense. They also have a lot of deals so make sure to sign up for their e-mails.

"In one word: Ammmazing!!!! It was soooo relaxing and therapeutic. Heather was so good and got all my problem spots. The lomi lomi massage is probably my most favorite massage EVER and I have had massages all over the world, including Fiji, Thailand, and of course California. Just sooo good. I'm saddened you don't have a location in California!"

I had the most relaxing massage ever by Jackie last week, the Waikiki theraputic massage. I would recommend a Lomi to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. Every therapist I've ever had at the Spa has been excellent. I come in with tight muscles and stressed and always leave relaxed and feeling great.

"Cheryl and Nikki were both very professional and friendly! This was my first body scrub and to be honest I was a little nervous. But no more! Nikki was great! Zach helped my chronic shoulder issues, along with helping out a new injury on the other shoulder. It was the best hour I've had since last year. I left feeling like a different person. I had lost quite a bit of money at Massage Envy for not using the monthly massages, and will be joining Hawaiian Experience because here you don't lose your money. What a great place!

I live in Tucson and have been making the 1-1/2 to 2 hour drive to see Nathan for the past 3-1/2 years. I come up every 2 weeks for a 2 hour massage. I can honestly say that Nathan is the best massage therapist I have ever had and is well worth the drive.

As always, Mary is a great therapist. She is very much "present" when she is working on me. I have had therapists where you could tell they were thinking of the next client, or what they were doing after-not really focusing on the treatment. With Mary, you feel like you are the only person she is working on for the day and she is completely dedicated and devoted to providing the best massage/treatment possible at that point in time. I have never felt rushed or unappreciated with any massage I have received from Mary (or any other therapist at the spa).

This was my second visit to the Hawaiian Experience Spa in Chandler. The facility in itself is small, but there are private locker facilities where you change into your robe and slippers. The waiting area is stocked with snacks and beverages, and overlooks a residential lake. The first visit I had a double lomi lomi with Nikki and Kara. Both are excellent in their own right, but together they worked in harmony to the point where I was completely unaware when Kara stepped into the room and joined the massage.
On this second visit I booked a lomi lomi with Laura. Though she lacks professional experience, you would not know it unless you had read her bio on the website. You can usually sense when a therapist is not really into their work, but it was obvious to me that Laura throroughly enjoys her profession and it came across in the excellent massage I received. I would not hesitate to book with Laura again.

As I approached the end of my two-week interval between massage appointments, I was extremely pleased to be able to book a much-needed appointment online with Jackie just 48 hours in advance! Scheduling a Friday night appointment with Jackie was the best way to end my hectic work week and a great way to start off the new year! After initially consulting with her about my lower back and neck pain that had been causing occassional headaches over the holidays, Jackie was quickly able to work wonders and return my body back to a state of complete relaxation. I have also taken Jackie's and other therapists' advice of drinking plenty of water to release the toxins after a massage and continue hydrating more regularly between appointments. Having set a resolution of maintaining better health and improving my personal well-being in 2013, I am more than certain that the Hawaiian Experience Spa in Chandler will play an important role in my overall success for this year and many years to come! Mahalo nui loa!!

I don't often enter reviews for services but Hawaiian Experience Spa truly deserves 5-STARS for their spa services!
I had received a birthday gift several years ago for the Scottsdale location and really enjoyed my day at the spa however it was too far for me to drive from Chandler all the time. I received an email not long ago that they now have a Chandler location and decided to check it out.
Kathy gave me a tour of the facility and I decided to join for 3 months and I'm SO glad I did.
Today, I was treating myself to a body scrub and massage for the end of the year and I had Kara! She is AWESOME and I'm still feeling the relaxing effects of the massage I received yesterday! She did a great job, just the right amount of pressure and I'm still SO RELAXED the day after! Thanks for ending my year in such a great way Kara ... I'll be back!

Amazing! This dude knows his stuff. He is more than a massage therapist, he is a sports therapist, a physical therapist, and a true body worker. With my sciatica, I am always worried about someone working on me. After this experience, I won't worry, and will be coming back to Zach.

My wife and I were going from spa to spa for many years not completely satisfied with the staff and therapy. Then we discovered Hawaiian Spa in Chandler and we signed up for membership. We have been there for over a year now and we are very satisfied. Nice atmosphere and great staff. Although not resort style spa glitzy, it's nice and pleasant Hawaiian theme. We have not had a single complaint about any of these massages or facials, they have all been 4 or 5 stars. But recently a new masseuse Jackie started and she is in the top 3 best masseuses I have experienced in the past 20 years.
She has truly magical soft hands, arms, and technique and a very relaxing energy about her. And she is attractive... bonus. Not that I get much time to look at her as I'm melting into the table with bliss.
I used to enjoy facials more then massages but Jackie has me rethinking that. Now I'm more motivated to come in and get massages. I just hope she stays on staff there.The two times I've found exceptional masseuses at other spas they quit the spa then I have to go back on the search for that one special outstanding masseuse. Massages with Jackie are 5 star! I highly recommend this spa as you will always get 4 or 5 star treatments.

I recently had the chance to experience a Lomi Lomi
message at Hawaiian Experience Spa in Chandler. I had never been to the Hawaiian Experience Spa and was pleasantly surpised. Located in a strip mall they not only offer a wide variety of services but offer clean showers and super comfy robes!!
I had never had a Lomi Lomi but found it relaxing.
Although you are more exposed than a regular massage,
Kelly my LMT was very professional and accomodating to make sure I was always comfortable.
I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning!

I had the "Scent of Hawaii" for the first time and loved it. The scrub was refreshing and my skin felt great. I bring my daughters with me often so that they have some time for themselves to relax away from their hectic lives of work and family. It's a great way to spend an afternoon - a relaxing massage and a fun time to catch up over yogurt after. Love this spa!

Having been a member of M.E. for over 7 years, Hawaiian Experience Spa has exceeded my expectations by far! The variety of treatments offered and the experienced staff was convincing enough for me to join Hawaiian Experience Spa soon after my first visit. Even though M.E. has so many locations nationwide, Hawaiian Experience Spa in Chandler is literally within "walking distance" from my house!
To top things off, Debbie was absolutely fantastic during my recent visit and after a hard day at work, I could not have asked for more. I cannot thank you enough for the very relaxing Lomi-Lomi! It's so great to leave reality for awhile and actually feel like you are in the tropics receiving such an amazing treatment. I will definitely keep coming back for more! Sorry M.E., quality wins over quantity in my book!!

The Hawaiian Experience is the best!! I have had many massages in the last several years--all recommended by my doctors for pain relief of the many physical issues with which I've been challenged. The 2 styles of massages and body wrap & scrub over the 3 times I've gone to the Scottsdale & Chandler spas, are the very best I've EVER had! I especially like the Chandler location (even though it takes approx. 45 min. to drive from my home), due to the lounge facing the lake. It's easy to imagine myself back on Kaui or the big island again! The far-infrared sauna is extremely valuable to health according to my Blood Nutritionist, so its great to be able to 'sweat' to Hawaiian music before my massage sessions. Debbie has been the best therapist yet for Lymphatic Drainage & Lomilomi massages. She is very thoughtful, considerate, & knowledgeable when I've asked her questions. Her Lomilomi massage was the best one of the kind that I've had, out of three. The customer service of the spas are A-1 and the special offers are varied yet often. I became a member, and am looking forward to many more returns to see Debbie and enjoy the Experience!

I have had a variety of services at Hawaiian Experience Spa and have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the various treatments. The therapists take the time to find out what your needs are and do an excellent job of addressing those areas. The staff is very friendly and I really felt pampered. The facilities are clean and well maintained. This is one of the few businesses I have recommended to friends. The Hawaiian decor and music makes one feel they have taken a trip to the islands, even if only for the time in the spa.

I really enjoyed my Waikiki massage. It is a mixture of Hawaiian lomi lomi and regular massage. It is done Hawaiian style which means on the whole body at the same time. It was really exotic and was and incredible experience. I have to say it was the best massage I ever had!!!
Everyone was friendly and the spa was perfectly clean. The Hawaiian theme is very genuine and made me relax immediately.
I highly recommend Hawaiian Experience Spa.

I really enjoyed by visit to Hawaiian Experience Spa. I had a therapeutic massage and facial and found them both to be among the best I have ever received. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a great combination of a deep tissue massage ending in relaxation. It was incredible. The facial was also wonderful and made me feel and look younger! I love their products and even bought some when I left.
The spa has a beautiful Hawaiian look and feel with a view to the man mad lake with palm trees from the lounge. Everything was perfectly clean and maintained. I would give it six stars if that were possible. Thanks!
