    Cindi Kerzie is an RN with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in Dermal Fillers and Advanced Medical facials. Stellar Skin and Laser is a well-appointed medical spa offering Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and Perlane, as well as laser hair removal, skin care, spray tans, infrared sauna, and weight loss. In addition to various medical services, Stellar Skin and Laser offers microneedling, dermaplaning, Rejuvena Facials and BIOMAT treatments, and Non Ablative Fractional Laser Resurfacing for the Face, Neck, Chest and Hands. The Fractional Laser is also FDA approved to treat stretch-marks and scars. have been seeing Cindi for my Botox and Juvederm for over 1 year. I am very happy with my results ! She usually has some kind of promotion and always lets me know if there is a rebate. I have also started some laser hair removal. I cant believe how well it is working. I have had 4 treatments to my underarms and bikini areas. The hours are very flexible. The new location at Bloom Studios also offers child care to members. I recommend Stellar to all my friends and know they will be well taken care of.

I have been seeing Ellen and Cindy for laser hair and I couldn't be happier! The service is excellent and the results are jaw dropping!! They are always accommodating of my schedule and offer night and weekend appointments. Their new offices at Bloom are gorgeous and peacefully quite. You should definitely check them out!

I have been to them for both Laser Hair Removal and Botox treatments and I am very satisfied with the level of service that they provided. A Med Spa with Heart

Cindy, Ellen and the staff of Stellar Skin and Laser are true professionals. And while you can get that degree of polish and expertise at other med spas, what you can't easily find is the genuine care and attention I received while going through 44 days of the HCG Diet program. I had my doubts about whether I should go forward with the plan, as about half the people I spoke with who had tried it elsewhere gained all, if not MORE of their weight back when they ceased the injections. But Cindy, a former emergency room nurse, answered all of my questions and clearly mapped out a plan of success for me that was "do-able." It wasn't easy, but I'm proud to say that I dropped 24 pounds, and 4 dress sizes in 44 days. Three months later, I've only gained 3 pounds back - and my energy level and stamina for exercise and day to day stresses has greatly improved as a result. Quite honestly, if I hadn't felt as comfortable as I did with the staff at Stellar, I don't think I would have stuck to the diet and followed the directions for the injections as closely as I did. They are approachable, encouraging and genuinely care about their customers. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Buyer Beware!! Sold Expired HCG and wouldn't refund money

Horrible Service!! Recently purchased HCG and was given wrong dose, went back to get the correct dosage and was given EXPIRED medication hidden under their label. When I went back 3rd time and asked for refund they had no record of my CASH payment of $350 (imagine that... they pocketed the cash). Then they said I could have a replacement only but they didn't have the same size bottle so they gave me LESS! Buyer Beware I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! Worse Service Ever!

Robert Mindell

Robert Mindell, M.D., medical director of Stellar Skin and Laser, is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. With laser experience since 1989, Dr. Mindell entered the cosmetic laser business in 2002 and has since been medical director to over 20 medical spas. He is currently director to four medical spas in Phoenix, AZ, and his continuing medical education is solely focused on non-surgical cosmetic procedures: lasers, IPL and injectables.

Cynthia Kerzie, R.N., CMLT, has been a nurse for over 15 years and injectables are her passion. Kerzie has trained with Dr. Judy Comstock, Tracy Loesl R.N., and Kathy Roberg R.N., as well as National Laser Institute.
