At FitHab, we have several defining principles that set us apart. We believe fitness should be simple, effective, fun, and ideally outdoors. We can train FitHab anywhere - in a gym, in a park, playground, in the woods, or an urban environment. Wherever we are, it is our Fithab playground. We help you make fitness a habit.
Our mission is to contribute to a better quality of life by helping the community understand the importance of active living, and motivate and support clients with a positive attitude and in depth knowledge to help them overcome uncertainties.
The Guiding Principles of FitHab Are:
MOBILE - We train in a variety of places, outdoors, parks, playgrounds, woods, urban environments, etc.
SIMPLE - Life is complicated, fitness shouldn't be, especially to stay healthy
EFFECTIVE - If it isn't effective and you don't see results, it's not working
PLAY - If it isn't fun and enjoyable it's hard to find time to make fitness a habit
OUTDOORS - We believe training outdoors is better, healthier, and more fun. In a place like California, we can do this year-round.

Natural Movement- One on One
50 minutes of Natural Movement combo drills to train the twelve evolutionary movementabilities (Walking, Running, Jumping, Balancing, Crawling (Quadrupedalmovement), Climbing, Lifting, Carrying, Throwing, Catching) that all humanbeings possess. Swimming and Defending will require advance notice due tospecific demands.The drills are designed to be fun, challenging, situational, and will helpdevelop cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility,power, speed, agility, balance, coordination,and accuracy as you learn the movements. |

Personal Training - One on One - 1/2 hour
Each 1/2 hour long one on one training session is geared towards your unique needs and goals and can include: * Free-weight training * Resistance machines * Stability and balance exercises * Core stabilization exercises * Lower body/lower back stretches Your One On One Personal Trainer will help you to achieve your goals. You will do it faster, safer, and more conveniently than you thought possible. Your Personal Trainer will design a program just for you.They will motivate, encourage and monitor you with every move. You will gain total faith in reaching your goals and gain knowledge about what it takes to improve your fitness level and ultimately the quality of life.You can choose your own workout times to meet your busy schedule. Your physical and mental capacities will soar to a new level. You will gain more confidence in everything you do. Location to be determined upon mutual agreement. |
