About The Pilates Studio
The Pilates Studio is a traditional Pilates studio in North Glendale/Montrose. Shannon Schroeder, owner of The Pilates Studio and PMA Certified Pilates Instructor, and fellow instructor Keion Moradi-Means, studied under 2nd generation Master Teacher Risa Sheppard at Sheppard Method Pilates.

The "Cadillac" of Pilates training. All of the Pilates equipment can be utilized: the Universal Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and small barrel. Matwork can also be incorporated. Excellent for the beginner to the advanced student. The focus is on the goals you want to achieve, and perfecting form so exercises are most effective.
