Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Bedminster

I had a wonderful experience when I booked my message with Lee. I have torn muscles in my arm and a very tight back. Lee is extremely knowledgable and helped relieve the pain in both areas! The staff is friendly and appointment times are prompt.

I've received massages here on several occasions and have always been very pleased. I love the swedish massage and more specifically, the hot stone massage. I find it so relaxing! Both the front desk and the massage therapists are very pleasant and knowledgeable. This place has a really good energy and you can tell that there is a nice sense of teamwork here. I suffer from daily headaches and coming in for massage on a frequent basis really seems to help me. The location of this spa is ideal and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone who lives nearby or is passing through town!

My boyfriend and I have been to this place a few times. I went for my first facial there and loved it. My skin is so much clearer and the esthetician really explained to me step by step what was going on and recommended an awesome routine to help me. I have also went to fix a lot of stress in my upper back and neck. All therapists Ive had were wonderful and really listened to my needs and concerns. I go routinely to make sure I stay stress free. I decided to take my boyfriend because he suffers from a herniated disc and sciatica. I wanted to make sure I took him to a place that had experience and professionalism to handle situations like this. I was very impressed. When it flares up he goes to get the pain relieved. This is the only other affordable option besides medication for him to stay pain free. He is now able to go back to the gym without having pain or discomfort, The last time we went was for a couples massage. It was so relaxing and romantic for the both of us. We will be back very soon!

I found out about Hand and Stone Massage in Bedminster and decided to book an appoint. I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I was. I opted for facial and expected a nice afternoon. Boy was I in for a surprise! First, I was told it will be a signature facial for $49.95 (incl. shoulders massage, extractions etc.) And that was the reason I came to Hand and Stone - to have my facial done. I am stressing it because.. The facial started with a conversation, I was told to relax and my face was cleaned. Then the esthetician applied a mask to my face and told me to relax and she would be right back. After 10 min she returned, rubbed the mask off, applied cream, massaged my shoulders for 3 minutes (literally!) and told me to come back in 2 weeks..No extractions today. Just relax (I heard this word at least 10 times). I left the room, had to pay additional $20 (upgraded sensitive skin facial) and I was asked by the owner if I wanted to buy the recommended products (ONLY over $250) and, of course, membership. She explained she wants her clients to relax. Fine, but I paid $70 to have my facial done. If I want JUST to relax I can do it at home for free. Good business- we don't do extractions today, get products, membership and come back.
