Yoga classes will incorporate strength, balance, and flexibility components. You can expect typical yoga postures like Warriors and Sun Salutations, but a portion of the class will also be reserved for stretching, emphasizing hip and shoulder flexibility. Postures will generally be held for 5 breaths, will flow from one to another, and will require a moderate amount of cardiovascular and muscular strength. You should be able to maintain breathing through your nose, but the intensity of the class will be determined by you and what you’d like to get out of it.

Yoga classes will incorporate strength, balance, and flexibility components. You can expect typical yoga postures like Warriors and Sun Salutations, but a portion of the class will also be reserved for stretching, emphasizing hip and shoulder flexibility.
