CycleOps Power Assessment
This is a group session structured to determine your functional threshold power, which is the maximum power you are able to sustain for a sixty minute period without losing functionality. Using your threshold power, we will calculate your power training zones, so you will know the exact intensity at which you should be riding to most effectively reach your training goals. The assessment should be repeated every two to three months to re-calculate your zones as your fitness improves. Highly recommended! If this will be your first time riding one of our CycleOps 300 Pros, you will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session to get set up properly and go over the basics of utilizing the power meter and cycling computer on the bike. |
