About Body Buzz
A Body Buzz session is not just a workout – it’s movement education. Whether you attend a workshop, group class, semi-private or private session, you will learn not only how to perform the exercises, but also why and how to adjust and improve your everyday movement habits. Over time, you’ll find yourself moving more easily, efficiently, powerfully and comfortably in everything you do. Your body grows leaner and longer; your posture, strength, balance and endurance improve; chronic pain may start to ease. Workouts become fun again! We take an integrative approach to movement, drawing from the principles of Pilates, yoga, The Alexander Technique, dance training, manual bodywork and many other movement training methods. Have you been wanting to try ballet, but feeling a little shy or unsure of where to start? Our rookie class is for you! Ballet for Every Body combines classical and contemporary ballet styles in a fun, challenging technique class. You will learn correct ballet steps, terminology and technique, while practicing fun combinations in a way that feels great. The best part about this class is the supportive and welcoming atmosphere, created by an instructor and a group of students that look forward to our classes every week. We love to welcome newcomers into the fold. Don't worry if you're stiff as a board and have forgotten the difference between your right and left foot. We can deal with that. Come dance with us! Fee = $65 for 5 classes |
