    The word Bi'lancia, in Italian, means balance, equilibrium, and harmony, which is central to our philosophy. We strive to inspire our clients to find "bilancia" in their bodies through the Pilates Method, creating a strong foundation from which one can achieve new heights of physical fitness. Whether recovering from an injury, training for an athletic event, or wanting to get in shape, Bilancia Pilates Studio is committed to providing the community with the highest level of Pilates instruction in an unparalleled studio environment. Nestled in the heart of Los Olivos, California, is Bilancia Pilates Studio. Bilancia is a fully equipped studio with large open rooms, an abundance of natural light, and beautiful views. Our studio has eco-friendly bamboo floors, modern furnishings, and brand new, state of the art, equipment by Balanced Body. We strive to bring a tranquil environment to our clients in order to allow them to focus solely on improving their overall wellbeing.
