Recently renovated to instill a sense of mountain serenity, Gstaad Palace's spa and health club is a welcoming retreat spread over 1,800 square meters (19,400 square feet). Its lounge is warm and inviting, with a visually striking stone wall built from local granite, and a wide range of classic and innovative treatments are on offer, including a signature seven-stage hammam treatment.
Large indoor and outdoor swimming pools allow guests to relax in the warm water regardless of the weather. The saunas and steams rooms are split into two single-sex areas, both with access to the relaxation garden. The exclusive Private Spa Suite allows couples or family groups to enjoy treatments together and includes a private sauna and steam room.

All rooms and suites at the Gstaad Palace combine a traditional Swiss mountain feel with understated luxury. Guests can choose from 64 single and double bedrooms, 29 Junior Suites, four Suites, and a couple of two-bedroom Tower Suites. The hotel also features a three-bedroom Penthouse Suite complete with a roomy terrace, kitchenette, and private sauna.
Guests are offered a wide array of dining options, with five restaurants, two bars, and one night club to choose from. Two restaurants, Gildo's Ristorante (Italian food) and La Fromagerie (Swiss food), are open only in the winter, while the outdoor Snack and Barbeque provides poolside grilling during the summer. The hotel's gourmet restaurant is Le Grill, Rotisserie, where chefs prepare meals in the show kitchen. The elegant Le Restaurant provides classic international cuisine, and on Saturday evenings, a buffet is available for guests. Vegetarian meals are available.

With its ski slopes, sled rides, snow parks, and hiking trails, Gstaad is primarily known as a haven for winter sports enthusiasts. Renowned for its skiing, the hotel also offers snowboarding, sledding, heli-skiing, snow shoeing and ice skating. The 70 lifts within walking distance provide access to over 150 miles (250 km) of slopes and trails. During the summer months, the mountains surrounding Gstaad provide opportunities for hiking, walking, and biking. The hotel can also arrange many other activities, including climbing, canyoneering, paragliding, hotairballooning and river rafting. Sannenmöser golf course is nearby, and the hotel has four outdoor tennis courts open during the summer. A squash court is also available to guests, and a state-of-the-art gym and Pilates studio can be found in the spa. There are also three swimming pools.
The hotel's popular nightclub GreenGo is open nightly during the winter, and live music is featured year round in Le Bar du Grill.
