Mommy & Baby
As a new mom it is easy to neglect yourself. This class will help you do something good for yourself while enjoying time with your infant and bonding with other moms. The class incorporates yoga for both moms and babies. Mom’s will practice poses, often while holding their little ones. Mother-controlled movements for babies encourage positive growth and development. Classes have a relaxed atmosphere and are free-flowing. Nursing, diaper changing, and involuntary cooing are encouraged. Activities are ideal for women and infants 6 weeks post partum through early walking.
