Cardio Sculpt is a class exclusive to New Beginnings created to give you the benefits of high calorie burning cardio and light weight training all in one 45 minute session with a high energy soundtrack. What differs the Cardio Sculpt cardio intervals from traditional cardio is that while it gets the heart rate up, it also significantly tones the lower body and abs.
