The idea of this meditation is to help fully notice the moment in our lives of opening and awareness for example seeing a brilliant rose pop in the rain or just the very moment you stub your toe. Restorative-Yin Yoga
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice that encourages rest and resets the body, mind and spirit.
