I did not realise that Lavenham clinic charge you from the moment you set foot through the door, forget taking your coat off, that's precious minutes into your treatment time!
Took my Mum for a treat, all I can say is the therapist was lovely & did a fabulous job.
Really disappointment though as the receptionist ( older lady with a bob)was rude, surly & unhelpful.
Will NOT be going back
