okay !! this place doesn't even deserve one star !!! my sister and niece and i were there today.. so here is the story !! i scheduled the appointment on tuesday . on our way to the spa we got lost so i called to get directions the girl who answered was very rude!! we showed up and she already had an attitude! so we decided to leave because this was suppose to be a relaxed day and we were not going to let her raise her voice at us when i asked her a question !! once we were outside the massage therapist came out and tried to fight me !! i told them they should have more respect !! never will we return to this place i am reporting to the BBB!!!!!

Staff was so rude and disrespectful that we decided to leave , as we were walking to our car. One of the staff members came outside , trying to fight my sister.. In front of my 13 year old daughter. I will definitely report this this to the BBB.. Place seemed nice, but all the staff members will make this Spa lose customers . If this is the way they treat people .

This spa is the hidden gem of Upland! Don't be fooled that it's in a strip mall, and across the parking lot from Taco Bell! The facility is clean and calming! The staff is friendly and wonderful and the prices couldn't be better! I love this place!

Found this place online, they have great prices, and every month they have great deals!!! got a fantastic facial from Janea, and a wonderful massage from Diana. Recommend it to anyone looking for great services at very affordable prices.....

Was there for mothers day, and they were packed!! but i still got a great massage for only $45, you cant beat that. I wouild definatley recommend this place. its not fancy or big, but i really enjoyed the place and my massage....

I used to go to another spa down the street, but they are out of business. Saw the reviews and decided to try this place, out. I must say their prices are awesome but most important their massages are soo relaxing. I've had massages from regina and camille, so i recommend them both :)

I have been going to The Body Centre since they opened! I have never had a problem and I would never go anywhere elce for a full body massage. Everyone is very professional and trained well! Kelly M.

Got a spa finder gift card last Xmas and decided to try last Feb. I was lucky enough to get Clara as my masseuse. I have been getting massages for 30 years, some in hi end resorts, fitness centers and many day spas. I put Clara in my top 3. She has magic hands and does a lot of special things most don't like hot packs under the neck, hot oils etc. I have a standing appointment now once a month with her. She doesn't work every day so call in advance and if you can plan your massage on a day she works, you won't be sorry. The Day Spa itself is clean and the people nice and the prices very reasonable.

Me and my daughter had a girls day out, and we got their $100 special massage and facial, and i must say it was really nice. Thanks Body Center for making our day so special... :)

Rosa gives GREAT deep tissue massages, both my husband and I go to her and she does a wonderful job everytime. I think they should remodel the waiting room, and chairs aren't comfortable, but you don't wait long and Rosa makes it worth the wait! I do agree with some of the reviews on the person at front desk though, doesn't look professional and not the nicest either, maybe management will see this and change that. But overall you should go and get massage with Rosa you won't regret it!!

I took a day off for my birthday for a day of relaxation... and after reading a few positive reviews I decided to try Body Centre Day Spa. I booked an appointment with Rosa, and she did a great job. I booked one of the February specials; $49 for 60 minute Swedish massage, and left very relaxed. Their regular prices are bargains as well. I plan on booking another appointment very soon.

This place was recommended to me from the hotel that im staying at, im from out of town and taking the bar exam in ontario, so you can imagine how stressed i am, well my massage was really awesome, the place smelled nice, the room was relaxing and warm with soft music playing, im going back wednesday for another one, i really enjoyed it.... and great prices too....

First off, I have never written a review on any type of service, I just felt the need to share my experience. I booked a 60 min swedish massage with Camille. I only chose her because she was available within the time frame I needed. When I got to the spa it's really nothing special on the outside, just an old strip mall....but I thought "Don't Judge a Book". Inside the place was clean but nothing impressive. It didn't really look kept up the way a spa should be. At the front desk there was no receptionist so I just started filling out a questionaire on the counter. Someone walked out to greet me and then 2 seconds later pulled me into a room and asked me to change. After being allowed a quick minute to get settled, she came back in and began the massage. All the while, she never once intorduced herself just kind of rush rush, hurry hurry. The massage itself felt rushed, but it was okay until when she was rubbing my arms and asked me in a very annoyed tone if everything was okay because I was tense (uhhmm I thought, that's why I'm here). And instead of helping me relax she just told me how annoying it is when clients don't relax (which in turn, made me more tense). After I left I was given a dixie cup of water and sent to the front desk to pay. The receptionist was now there and just told me how lucky I was to have just recieved a massage and that her job sucked and caused her too much stress. It was just an awkward conversation. Basically I could have looked pass the scruffy appearance of the place, because the price was really reasonable. But the service was definitely not worth looking past. Rude, awkaward and hurried were the words I would use to describe Body Centre. And unfortunately, will not be returning.

I hope this place has gotten better...my massage was just average nothing special.

I had such a nice, quiet and relaxing time there. I didn't spend as much time there as I would normally but I was taken in fast and I was able to have my enjoyable, relaxing massage done quickly. I can't wait to go again!

Went in for their advertised $49.00 an hour massage, not knowing what to expect for the price. But to my surprise, it was the best massage ever., if anyone is intrested my therapist name was Rosa. My friend also had a great massage she had Amy.

Just got back from a wonderful experience. I booked the swedish massage and spa facial both for under $100.00 and it was the most relaxing experience ever! I would highly recommend this little get away spot. It is hidden but a great place to get some relaxation.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Body Centre in Upland. I went in for a 30 minute back/neck massage and feel so much better. My masseuse was wonderful. I have already booked my next massage. I was also pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere. From the outside (it's in a strip mall) you would never know how serene it is inside.

I LOVED IT!!!!! Let me tell you it is the best experience I have had at a day spa. I have gotten the brazillian wax before and it hurts so much, when you do it with wax. But today I went with the brazilian but sugaring style, I got my full legs done as well. The pain, what pain? there was hardly any, actually I was laughing because it would tickle me. LoL anyways the specialist that assisted me today was Amanda. She made me feel so comfy, today was her day of and she made an exception to come and see me that really meant so much to me. My skin is so soft and my sugaring experience was awesome. I will go back for sure in about three weeks. I recommend this place 100% ask for Amanda she does the best job ever.

I wouldn't have known the Body Centre was even there is it wasn't for Spa Finder! The Body Centre is tucked in a strip mall and not immediately visible if you are zipping along Foothill. It doesnt look like much from the outside but it is plenty cozy on the inside. I've had two deep tissue and one Swedish massage and all were very good. They aren't going to swaddle you in robes n stuff like at a resort but I've spent 2x at pretty-to-look-at resort that gave a mediocre massage. It is a relatively new place and the staff isn't all up on the software so sometime it takes a little longer for customer service but other than that I recommend the Body Centre.

I want to apologize for the last review I left for this spa. I got it confused with another body center location. I would like to remove my negative comment towards the body center in upland. I have tried this location in the past and have nothing but good things to say about it. Sorry for the mix-up. :)

From reading the previous reviews, I would have to say I totally disagree. I've been getting facials and massages here for the past year. I would have to say that the esthetician, Amanda, gives the best facial I've ever had. Also, the massages are usually outstanding as well. I have a few other friends that visit this spa quite often, and they have nothing but good things to say about the service. I would definitely recommend this day spa to anyone who wants a quality spa experience.

I am a regular client here I am usually happy with my services. I know the staff very well, Im not sure why but my last two visits during my facial, amanda (the esthetician) made me very uncomfortable. I go to relax but during my last couple of sessions she has been talking to me about her problems with the staff and owner. I feel embrassed to tell her that I do not want to hear about her issues, especially because I get along with the staff as well. I do not need to hear what is going on there it makes me feel as if everyone is against each other.

I have visited two body centre spas the one in chino and the one in upland. The chino ones service was good but the spa could've looked better. The upland location couldn't be any worse. I was there on a tuesday and the woman at the desk looked like she came straight from a night club. I hope that is not the way she always dresses she looked very unprofessional, and tired. The esthetician looked like she came from the gym she wasn't selling her job. no make-up nothing she looked like she was the cleaning lady. the way the treatment went i think she was. These spa's are very unprofessional and I wont be going back.

I come from Jersey and I stayed with some friends that live in Onterio we booked services at the spa and had a great time. My deep tissue massage was incredible, at this time I dont remember my therapists name but she was great. My friend also loved her facial. Next time I come down I'll make sure to visit the spa again. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS SPA FOR A WHILE AND EVERYTIME I GO THE THERAPIST ARE ALWAYS SOOO FRIENDLY AND NICE AND I LOVE THE ENVIORMENT OF THE BODY CENTRE ITS SOO NICE THE MUSIC IS CALMING AND RLAXING. THE THERAPIST MAKE ME FEEL GOOD. I TOTALLY RECOMEND THS SPA IT IS WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go to the Body Center every two weeks to get a massage. Massages are now a very important part of my life. When you get to my age your bone and muscles ache more often. I have been a faithful client for almost 2 years. I started getting massages from Denise, she left and then I was recommended to Luisa, she is no longer there . Now I go to Rosa and she is excellant. Massage therapist have come and gone, but with the Body Center I can always be sure that the next massage therapist will be as good or better than my last one.

As soon as I walked into the lobby I felt relaxed with the sounds of music, water and the pleasant smell of burning oils. When they called my name to go inside the place had lots of candles and as I walked by the treatment rooms appeared very tranquil and relaxing. Co workers bought me a gift certificate for my birthday . I received a massage from Kerina and it really was the best massage ever she really took her time and worked on all my problem areas, and no, this massage therapist did not talk at all it was awsome. My facial was with Amanda and her touch was unbelievable she nearly put me to sleep she's a sweet person. Yes I would definately recommend anyone to this place. I will definately be back.

I Absolutely Love this spa! The prices are unbeatable and The staff are all well trained. My last visit i enjoyed a facial and it was completely relaxing. The Esthetician never left the room and i found myself falling asleep with her touch. Absolutely the best experience I've had!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! When I was getting my massage ROACHES were on the ground! The therapist actually RAN OUT because it scared her! Leaving me NAKED on the table SCARED TO DEATH!

I had 1 1/2 Deep Tissue Massage and it was awesome. I am addicted to massages, and Ive had several from different places, but this place has been by far the best massage ever, and for the price you cant beat it, plus I was able to get in that same day.

My Massage was with Laurie, she was very friendly and professional. Will definitely visit again. Might want to offer showers before or after and a full bottle of water after massage as thank you.

Relaxing Atmosphere, Great Prices, Excellent Service. My friends from work introduced me to The Body Centre, now we all go there once a month for a relaxing facial and massage.
