Mommy & Me Yoga

Yoga Mommy and Me: this class is for new moms and their babies (through crawling). A nourishing practice will guide you through strengthening pelvic floor, re-engaging core muscles and re-energizing through breathing all while sharing time with your baby and a company of fellow moms. The students need to be at least 3 weeks post regular delivery and 6 weeks post C-section and have permission from their physicians to attend the class. Bring your baby's favorite blanket. Please lock up your strollers outside the studio or transport the babies in an infant carrier since there is no space inside or on the stairs to accommodate the strollers. Please, don’t come to the class if either you or the baby are sick.All potential post-natal students must have clearance for the practice from their physicians (it can be verbal but they should be cleared).
