This amazing class is specially designed as a beginning for women new to pole fitness. You will discover a unique language of movement and sensual dance, focusing on breathing and a strong connection to your body. We emphasize building confidence and strength. This class will teach you the fundamentals of pole dance, floor work, basic spins, transitional movements and climbs. This class is progressive, each new move builds upon the last, increasing your strength and skill every class. You will learn dance routines that incorporate the tricks, transitions and floor work you learned in class. Students are generally ready to move on to the next level in 8-12 classes.

Stretch and Flexibility

For your knowledge, this class will include mat stretches as well as standing stretches. We will flow through the stretches much like a ballet dancer would. Some stretches will be held for up to a minute. When teaching this class I often walk around to the students and delicately adjust their positions for optimal benefit. I talk all moves through describing even the smallest detail of the position and where they should feel the stretch in order to promote proper technique.

Aerial Hoop & Silks

This class teaches trick combinations using technique and core control using an Ariel Hoop and Silks. It is a whole body tone and conditioning class that is fun and for all levels, shapes and sizes. Come feel what it's like to fly! Students are encouraged to wear form-fitting clothes, such as tank tops and leggings with bare feet.

Use this time to perfect the material you learned in class. From floor work to pole tricks, here is your chance to practice your technique and fluidity.
