The purpose of yogilates is Development of the mind and body uniformity; providing balance, flexibility and strength to improve posture and focus on the power house. Power house is the place on the human body from which all motion originates and then proceeds to the extremities. These muscles support the spine, internal organs and posture. It also teaches how to breathe properly and fluidity of movement. |
