DO NOT GO to Beauty Mi Amour. It was the worst experience ever. Save your money and do not go to this salon because they are crooks. I will never set foot in this salon ever again and I will tell everyone that I know to not go there. These people do not understand what customer service means. You are supposed to be nice to customers I thought. Anyway stay away from this place. Run away far away.

Horrible customer service skills! Isn't the point of Groupon to build your clientele so people will come back and pay full price because they loved how they were treated and the service they received?!?! Apparently Beauty Mi Amour does not have the same view point.
I was making my appointment for a Microderm and the next available time was sometime Mid April (over a month away). No biggie, that's fine with me. I was then told since my appointment would be after the expiration date of the Groupon that I would have to pay the difference (in essence, I've already paid $60 so I'll have to pay an additional $30+ once I show up). This is where the spa is going wrong! Staff must be a issue if it's already a hard time to get an appointment within 2-3 weeks out, but don't blame your potential client for life when they are contacting you before their certificate expires.
I will never go to this spa and I will tell everyone I know what terrible service I received :(

We have tried multiple times to set our appointment for a Couples Mini Retreat Groupon purchased 3 months ago. It is ridiculous! No one will return our calls. Eveidentaly, the Spa Manager has to set these appointments and we never get a return call. At this point, we feel like we have been had and we are NONE TO PLEASED! Do not go to Mi Amour Salon and Day Spa in Mission, KS! Groupon is for PR purposes and so far, they are not doing a good job because we are not impressed with them at all! We will tell everyone we know to NOT go there!

This business brings back the true meaning of good old school customer service. Complimentary drinks, snacks, assistance with your coat at arrival was what I arrived to at Beauty Mi Amour Salon and Spa. The service was great! The people was 5 star. I have since made them about of my rewards program for my staff to treat them to a day at the spa for a job well done.
Thanks Ladies you are all amazing. See you soon for my monthly massages.

Amazing Spa! The owner and employees of this spa were amazing. I was scheduled within a week for my 60 minute groupon massage appointment. My massage was very relaxing and calming. The massage therapist gave me the exact pressure and made me feel very comfortable. I scheduled my second appointment with them for another massage and other services. I can not say enough good things about Beauty Mi Amour, try it out and I promise you..you will keep coming back over and over again. I LOVE THIS SALON AND SPA!!!!

I Called these guys to schedule a spa retreat and they were booked. Mia went above and beyond to figure out something that worked for me and the price was great! (I had no problem with noise or rude service as mentioned in other reviews....) They get the full five stars b/c they provide a service in KC with little/no competition, and still they do a great job.

Loved it! This was my first groupon purchase for a mani-pedi at Beauty Mi Amour and I loved it. The staff was very friendly and the salon was very clean. My mani-pedi was very relaxing and turned out great! I scheduled a facial for next week and would recommend this place to everyone.

I purchased a groupon and called to make an appt, the soonest one they had available for 'groupons' was six weeks out. I made the appt anyway and called a few days before to confirm it. The woman who answered told me that there was nothing booked for me and that I must be confused. I'd had an issue with this salon before the groupon but decided to try them again anyway. Big mistake and a waste of money.

I purchased a groupon to this spa expecting to receive an luxurious spa manicure and pedicure. Luxury was not what I encountered. The technician used a nail file to buff my toenails and fingernails and did not rinse off my feet after she used a salt scrub leaving salt residue under my nail polish. It's taken several months to get my fingernails and toenails back to their original condition.
I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

I recently went to this salon and spa after recieving a spa finder gift certificate. I choose to have my hair highlight, mani-pedi, and a hot stone massage. OMG,, I feel like a new woman.
The staff was helpful from start to finish. The owner even prepared a gift bag for me as a suprise gift. It was my birthday and I guess she noticed after reading my check-in sheet. This location is busy. But they got me in with only 3 days notice. I will definately be returning to this place and referring. They take care of the customers. I agree with the previous review, this location is" Far from Creepy" and is like many other businesses in the heart of Mission Kansas. They have done a wonderful job update this commercial home. If you have ever been to the city of Mission you know that it is an older charming well established city and the businesses reflect the charm of the city. I personally have also experience the massage room which is more of relaxing than any massage room I have every experienced. Complete with candles, soothing music, and dim massage room lighting around the room.
I will return, I will refer, and I say thank you to the ladies at Beauty Mi Amour for making my birthday a memorable one.

I have to agree with the previous review about the "old creepy house." The massage I received was good but the room was extremely dark and very cold! The girl at the front desk was not helpful or friendly. Probably would not visit this one again.

The salon is an old house which is fine but I walk in and there is a creepy atmosphere to it. I walk up to the receptionist and then tells me she is the only one here and proceeds to take me upstairs. I pass a full kitchen like in a normal house and then go into a dark room (walls were painted almost black) with 1 candle lit and a "spotlight" type light hanging right above the massage table - like an operating table in a hospital! So I lay down on the table and there is a thin, VERY thin, sheet that I am to cover myself up with. Mind you the temperature in the room is about 60 degrees so I'm already freezing. She comes in and hits the CD player which is the normal spa music. I lay on my stomach and the face pillow has the guaze like cover to it with a hole poked through because they "ran out" of covers... it was very uncomfortable. So she begins the massage which HURTS because she is using very little lotion. I wanted to stop her in the middle and say that's enough but I didn't because I thought she would kill me in that dark, dreery room! Just kidding but you get the idea... By the time it's over I'm shivering because I'm so cold and she hasn't asked me once if I'm comfortable or if I had any questions. It was terrible!!

I choose this location after recieving a gift because it was close to my home and work.
I was completely suprised at how personal the service was. All of the services are done in private suites. I choose to get a manicure, pedicure and massage. I was so pleased. This place makes you relax from the moment you walk in you can't help but feel at home and at ease.
I since have gone back to have my hair highlighted and cut. It looks amazing. I am so proud of my husband for buying me a spa finder gift. I am sold on Beauty Mi Amour Salon and Spa.
