I was first directed to Adeena through a customer service representative for the skin products I use, Ayur Medic. So few people carry them and they are great, so I was happy to find out she had them. She gave me a free skin assessment when I got there and I decided to go for a facial. She has the most amazing deals going on all the time, so I swooped up a package for a few microderm treatments. Along the way, she has turned me on to some great treatments and products and my skin hasn't looked this good in I don't even know how long! I look at my face everyday, which makes it hard to see the gradual progress, but I saw my parents after a few months and they were astounded how great my skin looked. It feels so, so good to have things under control and after many products and trips to the dermatologist, i finally got the success i needed with Adeena. Thanks girl!

Adeena is great!!! I have struggled with acne for years and she is the first one who has been able to clear up my skin. I have been going to her for six months and after the first facial I saw major improvements. I love all of the products she uses on my skin. She is very knowledgeable about skincare. I highly recommend her!!

You know how some people were just born to do certain things? I think Adeena was born to be an esthetician. I liked her the second I walked into her office, having purchased a daily deal for a facial. I'd never had anything done on my skin, but hoped she could help with mysterious brown spots that'd spouted on my face after having my son. Her gentle, friendly demeanor and obvious love for her work and skin care led me to try three Jessner peels. The process was tough, but I really liked sharing my progress with Adeena, almost like she was one of my girlfriends. And nothing beats that piece of chocolate she leaves for you at each appointment!

Great options for treatments - I now feel I have an ally in anti-aging!
Easy parking and nice relaxing spa like office

She was running a little behind schedule and then my appointment ran long - ofcourse that was because she was so helpful and chatty - if you are on a tight schedule make sure you let her know.
I did feel a little over marketed to, but that's because I came in on a really great coupon and I was a first time customer.
I would definitely recommend her services. She knows what she is doing and has some great promotions too.

I just had my second, 50-minute facial with Adeena. She is nothing short of wonderful! She exhibits utmost professionalism and always seems genuinely happy to see you. My skin feels so soft and fresh after seeing her. She does a wonderful job marketing herself, her services and products. Adeena always h...as a handful of fantastic (and affordable) specials going on each month. I'm fairly new to the San Diego area (and California, in general), and it's always an intimidating prospect when seeking your new, go-to team of beauty professionals. Thankfully, I found Adeena and will be seeing her as much as I can!

I have always wanted to try a chemical peel or microdermabrasion and even a laser treatment but I was not sure who to go to and they are all so expensive. Well, I am so glad when I found out Adeena had opened up her own place in the Banker's Hill area. First of all, she makes you feel so comfortable and she is very knowledgeable of all of her procedures and also the great line of products that she sells. She does not have crazy expensive prices like most spas and she always has specials and sales going on almost daily! So far I have tried a different type of chemical peel each time I have gone to see her and I really enjoyed the experience. She takes her time with you and explains every step as she applies the products on your face. I think my favorite was the microdermabrasion as I saw the most results but then again I saw great results with the chemical peels too! She provides so many different services, just look at her eyelashes they are so long because she is using a product that she sells to grow your lashes. Her skin looks perfect because she uses the same products that she uses on her customers. I highly recommend trying Adeena out just once and I believe you will become a regular customer!

What a wonderful woman-owned small business to support here in San Diego! Not only is Adeena is knowledgeable and competent, she is warm and friendly, making you feel comfortable from the start. Her passion for her profession/craft is evident from the the enthusiasm in her voice and the hands-on service. After a stressful couple weeks, the relaxing atmosphere and service were just what I needed to get me through the end-of-semester weeks ahead.
I definitely plan to see Adeena again soon! I am happy to have found a aesthetician in SD who I personally clicked with, whose service is fantastic and whose business philosophy I agree with. Thanks for everything!

I started visiting Adeena at Bellus Academy and have become a regular client since her career took off. Adeena is knowledgeable, caring, funny, and thorough in her attention to the needs of her clients. I had been struggling with adult acne for quite some time to the point where my doctor was insisting on prescribing Acutane to deal with the problem. I chose to put my face in Adeena's hands instead. A combination of her TLC, peels, facials and microderm treatments along with a change in my diet rendered my skin flawless. I would highly recommend Adeena to anyone looking for a competent and caring professional.
