They care only about money not your well being
I joined this gym because it was close to my house. I must say I am appalled at the way Cathy treats guest. Cathy is supposedly the one who takes care of the managers job, so the manager doesn't have to deal with you. This is exactly what Cathy told me when I said, "I just want to speak to the manager". Cathy said, "she won't deal with you, that's what I'm for. She was very rude to me over multiple charges that I called the gym about. They debited my credit card 5 times in one day. They debited it once previously right after I joined; so to me I had 6 unauthorized charges, which Cathy was happy to say she charged in all that day.. All Cathy was doing was talking over me, stating that I had a previous contract and the employee there shouldn't of signed me up with a new one. Cathy said, she was the one who is debiting my card. She was very unprofessional. Not caring at all about customer service just about an old contract I never used at all, not even one day of because I broke my ankle. She just went on and on about it. She couldn't even called me about it, just proceeded to debit my card all in one day. Once the employee signed me up on a new contract it voided out the one I never used on my broken ankle. She was so mad.
