Through education and motivation our Balanced Wellness Coaches help participants to create a lifestyle of health and wellness that's right for them. Work with a Coach to design a fitness program that fits into your lifestyle and with your physical abilities You will receive an initial consulting session to determine the most safe and effective plan for you. Then you will have follow-up session to review your workouts and schedule going forward. ***This plan is not suitable for all individuals, if the individual does not follow the workout or schedule and/or does not participate in coaching calls, the program will be terminated at their Coach's discretion.
