A Pilates Duet is for current clients who have Reformer experience and would like to share their session with one other person. If you have a duet partner you would like to work with, please search for a 'private' first in order to insure that a duet partner is not already booked in the slot. Also, if you book a session as a duet but you are the only person, you will be invoiced for a private session.

Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, GTS and TRX are the only pieces of equipment used in this circuit style class. Loosely based on the exercise order from the Reformer, this class will combine clear strength building along with the range of motion and flexibility associated with a Reformer workout. The goal of this workout is create a workout that touches on all body parts with both strength and flexibility.
