It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body, and enabling the recipient to relax, give in and simply be. Because the practitioner works intuitively, a massage may be slow and very relaxing or attimes it may be a little faster and therefore more invigorating and enlivening to the body. The massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motion using the forearms as well as the hands. Some people have described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body.30-minutes for

Ben uses a combination of cranialsacral therapy and other techniques, learned while taking seminars on headaches, together to relax the muscles and bones in the head. This allows more blood and oxygen to flow to the brain, possibly resulting in diminished headache pain. Can be used for all types of headache pain.

Hot Pods are made of a special fabric filled with oatmeal and water, gathered into a pod to hold the heat. They are similar to hot stones in that they provide wonderful, relaxing heat. The difference is that they are a soft pod that can be used over bony areas and can form to the curves of the neckwhere stones can not. Hot pods stay hot longer than stones so there is less interruption during the massage while putting down the cooled off stone to get a warmer one.

I have been to Knead to Relax several times and have never had a bad experience. I doesn't matter which massage therapist you have because they all are very knowledgeable. The rooms are private and clean. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. During the massage the therapists are very professional. Each and every time I walk away from there I'm relaxed and can't wait to go back.
