Tropical Escape Day Spa

I have nothing bad to say about this spa. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I bought the friendship package gift certificate to the day my 2 friends and I enjoyed our services. My massage from Ida was the best I've ever had and I've had quite a few. All three of us enjoyed talking with the woman who did our manicures and pedicures. It was a very relaxing experience, we were greeted with tea as we entered, though it was a little bit of a rush to move into our first treatment , could maybe let people sit for a minute or two. The food for the lunch we ordered was delicious, my only suggestion is that the spa should maybe have a cozier spot to sit and have lunch. I have to say it was a wonderful experience . I returned immediately and brought my sister this time. She also enjoyed everything and my second experience was equally as comfortable. My two friends and I have agreed to return again for a day of pampering for our birthdays this year. I Can only say I highly recomend a visit to this spa.

For my 50th birthday, I was given a spa package by my cousin Len. It included a massage, facial, hair and make-up. It was something I had always dreamed of (what woman wouldn't?!) but I did not like the idea of going to one of those large, ostentatious, spas that I had seen in advertisements. Tropical Escape Day Spa is anything but that. It is small, personal and very inviting. I felt completely at home and was treated with very professional care. Len called Kristen at the spa and requested a birthday cake be ready for me when I come in. One of the women decided to bake the birthday cake herself. It was such a special personal touch. I found the women who took care of me to be gentle and easy to talk to. This is something that any man or woman should experience at least once in their lives. I am filled with deep gratitude.

I just left the spa ad I cannot believe how relaxed I feel. I was given a Spa Finder Gift Card for a facial and a massage. I have a very demanding job, but during the massage I could literally feel the stress leaving my body. The services were amazing and the staff was professional and caring. I really got the sense that I was welcome and appreciated. I recommend it to everyone.

I recently stopped by Tropical Escape to pick up a gift certificate for my wife's birthday. As soon as I walked through the door, all of my senses were overcome with a feeling of soothing peacefullness. Jean greeted me warmly and offered me some coffee. She quickly and knowledgeably issued my gift certificate and answered all of my questions. She took me on a short tour and introduced me to Karen and Aida. This staff is all smiles, and they make you feel so at home. I came just for the gift and ended up staying for a massage with Brian. I travel for work a lot, and he was able to address all of my specific issues with skillful technique and a pleasant and relaxing demeanor. Tropical Escape Day Spa went above and beyond my expectations. I can't wait to give my wife this amazing gift.

I flew in from out of state to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday and decided to schedule a mini-spa day at Tropical Escape Day Spa based on the other reviews I read here on Spa Finder. Karen was so helpful in scheduling our spa day over e-mail with me and accommodated all of our needs on relatively short notice. When we arrived at Tropical Escape Day Spa we were greeted with the warmest of hospitality from the entire staff. They even presented a dozen beautiful roses to my mom and sang happy birthday. It really was quite a surprise and such a nice personal touch. My mom had a fabulous hour facial from Hope, while I enjoyed a relaxing petite massage from Brian (excellent pressure and stretching techniques!). Then we moved on to getting our nails done. I had a spa pedicure with Linda who left my feet silky smooth with an adorable french polish on the toes. My mom, who is diabetic, had a manicure with Karen who took such good care with her and left her feeling perfectly pampered! One of the great things about the spa is truly how relaxing of an atmosphere it is, not pretentious at all. And that is due to the excellent service that spa owner Aida and the entire professional staff extended during our visit. They made what would have been a great birthday into an amazing birthday for my mom! I highly recommend visiting Tropical Escape Day Spa, and my mom and I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town!

From the calming music, to the beautiful ambience, this was by far one of the most relaxing places I've ever been to! The staff both friendly knowledgeable make the spa an overall welcoming place to be. Tropical Escape Day Spa has a wide array of services to offer. I personally will not go anywhere else for a massage, haircut, waxing, or manicure, and this is coming from a person, who, until recently, would travel over 200 miles to Connecticut to get these services. Tropical Day Spa has won me over, and saved me a lot of gas money!

This spa is the best I have ever been to ! I had received a Gift Certificate for a facial, spa pedicure, massage, and a hair cut. All of the services that I had received were extremely phenomenol! The staffs were really friendly and professional. I highly recommend Tropical Escape Day Spa!

I have paid for massages at many spas in many states over the past 20 years, including some island resorts. Since I found Tropical Escape Day Spa I get a massage monthly at this spa. After reading a less than positive review I felt compelled to submit my own review. This is by far the best massage I have ever had!! I have also had several types of massages there including a Deep Tissue massage. I agree that the deep tissue massage was not relaxing, but it's not supposed to be, it was therapeutic and with out a doubt helped relieve the pain I had!! If your looking for a relaxing massage try either their Signature or Swedish massage, their the best! By the way this is a very special spa where you can relax, and like they say you won't want to leave! Every experience I have had there has been the best!!! I have even given gift certificates to some of my family who love this spa, I highly recommend!

This is just the spa I have been searching for. It's a little jewel where everyone knows your name and wants you to have a relaxing, client-focused experience. I have had massages, as well as hair and nail services. I have switched all of my services to here.

I went to Tropical day spa and got a deep tissue massage. I have had these many times and know what to expect. They can leave you sore. The atmosphere would have been ok if the massuese wasnt so uncoordinated. She left the room during massage several times, and room was totally dark, would stop massaging and make a ton of noise ( i think she was getting more hot stones, but not sure since i was in darkness but the noise sounded like clanging and banging, (not relaxing.) also massuese cracked my back and since she is not a chiropractor i did not like that. I did not find this day spa relaxing and would not return
