This is by far one of the best workouts I've come across for true body sculpting and core work! The class is includes both ballet and pilates delivered in a semi-cardio approach. All the instructors are knowledgable and enthusiastic making it a very enjoyable workout experience. I would definitely recommend Xtend in WPB!
