Not to be confused with a butt toning and lifting class, Bütt Camp is a class where you will find yourself doing anything from flipping a 500lb tire for a mile (as a team), or lifting 10,000lbs over your head in between running a team 5k, or doing any of an infinite combination of "work" based tasks. No complicated movement knowledge required here, just a drive to get your crush on before the weekend kicks into full gear! You will usually be teamed up with a few of your peers and instructed as to what you are to do. Camaraderie and sweat rule the day while you accomplish something you may deem impossible upon explanation. |
