About Kevala Yoga
Kevala Yoga of El Dorado Hills was established in 2010 as an extention of the El Dorado Hills Taekwondo Center. EDHTKD owner, Paul A. Olson, loved yoga and so he made space for it in his 18 year old program. The Kevala community has grown organically with individuals who wish to make yoga practice an ongoing part of their health and wellness. Choose Kevala if you want to live, look and feel amazing without going bankrupt in the process.

Most of us live active (Yang) lifestyles, and generally exercise to build strength in our muscles. This class cultivates balance through taking time in a pose, allowing the muscles to soften and the connective tissue, such as fascia and ligament that surround and protect our joints, to be stimulated. Yin yoga allows students to maintain their range of motion and work through tightness and discomfort in their bodies. This practice also provides students an opportunity to be still and turn inward, and in this way the practice is meditative and can be very calming. |
