Unbelievable..Unprofessional...UnacceptableBy Hbsfrgrl | June 29, 2012
My skin is extremely sensitive. When buying products, I always ensure that the spa has a great return policy. When I purchased an Epicuren product from Advantage Body Care, I made sure to inquire about product exchanges since Epicuren does not accept returns. Two members of their staff stated,"If you experience a reaction, we will gladly take the product back for an even exchange only." Unfortunately, I experienced an adverse reaction from the cleanser and had to return it. My schedule is hectic as I am a full time Student. The product was returned a little over a week late. Instead of being confronted with the same level of customer service I received when walking in the door a week later, I experienced nothing but pure rudeness and criticism. The girl explained to me,that the owner would have to contact Epicuren to see if they would accept the product. Secondly, she explained that my bottle should last six months and that I used two months worth of product in a,little over a week. That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard..let alone impossible. This issue could have been resolved in a more professional manner. As a result they have lost business and have been given a negative,review over $25.00

I normally get a monthly massage to simply relax and keep my body from feeling stressed, I've had a lot of different kinds of massage from a lot of different therapist. I tried a place I heard about in Huntington Beach/Westminster called Advantage Body Care, I received an amazing massage from a male therapist named Nick! He's worked on me several times now and I'll continue to see him, he comes highly recommended. Also try one of the facials they're great too.

About 6 months ago I decided to get in shape and a coworker recommended getting a massage to kick start the process. I had no idea why a massage would help but my friend seemed to know what he was talking about so I went for it. I live on the Huntington Beach/Westminster border and Advantage Body Care was right by me + I read a ton of great reviews. Nick was in the spa that day so I met with him, he asked how I came to find their location so I told him about my weight goal, my coworker etc.
Little did I know that there are TONS of benefits to massage other then a relaxing time. I did not realize how it flushes out toxins in the body, helps on flexibility, and repair the muscles & the list goes on! I also injured my arm during a softball game. I went to my doctor and he basically told me there was not a lot he could do and to NOT use the arm for a few weeks. That didn’t sit well with me so I talked to Nick about it, we did a series of specific massages to the effected area and was back to playing in no time and the arm feels stronger than ever!!
I’ve been very pleased with my decision to work closely with Nick and whether you are looking for a one time massage or to improve your overall quality of health, then give him a call!

I stumbled across Advantage Body Care while running some errands one day and decided to stop in to check their prices. I soon found out that they offer a first time discount for massages and facials that was extremely affordable. I set up an appointment for an Integrative Swedish Massage and a Customized Corrective Facial for only $50 each! Everything about my experience there was extremely positive and I already set up my next appointment to get 15% off on my next massage. I would refer anyone to this place. It's ijust off the 405 freeway in Westminster right next to Huntington Beach, so it's conveniently located as well.

I go to Advantage Body Care at least once every three to six months. I usually get a deep tissue massage and they are wonderful there! I never leave too sore, but totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa too for people who don’t want an overly expensive massage, but great quality. Their products smell fabulous too!

I liked the eyebrow waxes here. My favorite staff member, Jessica, is no longer there, nor is Janet, who was also a favorite...so I haven't gotten a chance to try some of the other newer members, but most of the services have been good. I've tried microdermabrasion (they include decollege with the facial, which is nice, but some staff members do extractions and others don't, if that matters to you). I haven't tried massage here. Atmosphere is relaxing and I can usually get last minute apps ;)
