About Shine Yoga
Our mission is to share the healing power of movement with individuals of all ages and abilities. With Shine Integrative Physical Therapy next door, we act as a bridge for current clients and anyone with physical challenges to participate in community yoga classes. All of our instructors have extensive training in the wellness and/or health-care fields and blend safe alignment in an enjoyable format that is accessible to new and experienced practitioners alike.
