the best massage I ever had in my life!

This is a review of their Salon at the Southeast Hilton location. Purchased 3 services...signature massage, signature facial, delux pedicure. The "signature" massage was a one handed Swedish massage while the therapist texted on her phone with the other hand. While getting my pedicure, the spa tub next to me was very dirty and I thought it was gross that I was having to look at it. I thought the technician who walked up was going to clean it, and she didn't. She filled it up, put the blue stuff in it and put her next client in it...dirty rag and all. The facial was pleasant, but nothing...have no idea what was put on my face...it smelled good but that's all. Steam was blown on my face, it was massaged but nothing noticeable. There is so much more but too much to go into. Although, I did write a very long email to the owner...telling her exactly what all happened. I have been ignored. That was three weeks ago and no response. I called the salon last week and she still has not acknowledged anything. What kind of business does this? It really shows how vulnerable and trusting you have to be when purchasing gift certificates. What can you do to make the spa honor the hype they put out there, and then deliver a miserable product? We spent $220 dollars and were totally ripped off.They won't even acknowledge a customers inquiries. It is truly shameful. Shame, Shame, Shame on them.

I recently had a facial at Terrace Salon and Day Spa. The esthetician was very polite and kind. She answered my questions and provided good service. She also used good products. My skin did not have a noticeable difference afterward. It was very slippery and wet from a final moisturizer. This did not seem effective. I would consider returning perhaps for a different service. The treatment was not the best but the service quality was otherwise good.
