My boyfriends & I were shopping at Richmond centre, when he said he wanted to go get some Christmas shopping done. That being said I decided to go get my nails filled. I usually always go to the same place every 3weeks. Walking into this place, the atmosphere was great and the employees were very friendly the customer service, id give a 10/10. I automatically had high hopes for this place. I told the girl I wanted SOLAR nails, white tip, with sparkle. Simple enough right? I told her I would pay for a new set rather than a fill because I didn't think they would want to fill over someone else job. I don't know if they thought I was "new" at the whole nail thing but I am almost 100 % sure they put acrylic nails on me, I did not have a white tip, and my nails were thinner than paper. If you know like I know, solar nails are supposed to be STRONG! Right?! I paid 80 dollars for this set, never in my life, have I paid 80 dollars for nails. It took the lady 2 hours to get my paper-thin nails finished. By the end of that day two of my nails were already chipper off, not even 24 hours!!! That's NEVER happened to me. Ever. I called in Sunday morning to make an appt to get them fixed, the girl was short and rude, and unable to get me in until 430pm. When I got in that Sunday evening, the same girl was there to fix my nails; I explained to her what was wrong. She was shocked that I was expecting her to take them all off and put a new set on. I told her to just put a white tip on, screw the sparkles. However, she didn't put a new set on; she took the easy way out and filled my nails. She rushed through this. They were un-even and bumpy, and she knew it. Telling me this, she said she was going to have to do something else to them. Annoyed, I told her to just put gold glitter over my nails to cover her crappy job. This, only making them took EVEN WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place! "Never judge a book by its cover" This place was comfortable and clean, looked expensive and had great customer service, but at the end of the day, I was there to get my nails done. 80 Dollars down the drain, and the next 3weeks with ugly, un-even nails.
