Although the salon atmosphere is very pleasant & staff skilled, my credit card was charged without my approval. I attempted to discuss both the issue of having my credit card ran through without my knowledge & approval as well as the actual overcharge issue with Brooke, the manager. Brooke was very rude & did not listen & I have yet to hear from the owner. I will not go back & caution other patrons to keep a close eye on their credit cards for issues of overcharging at the Park Avenue salon, I suspect that I am not the first to have this experience!!
