I would like to make clear that my massage by Nikki and my facial by Rosemarie were great! I would go back to them in a heartbeat. HOWEVER I was told by Rosemarie that my eyebrow waxing was half off and cost only $7.00 but I was charged $20. I realized this when I got home so I called the woman who rung me up, who was Hadeel (the owner). She informed me that the $20 is what they always charged, there is no special rate and that Rosemarie quoted me the wrong price. I told Hadeel that if I knew it was $20, I wouldn't have had it done since I can get it much cheaper elsewhere, but Hadeel stood her ground and refused to credit me the difference, even though Rosemarie admitted she told me the wrong price. I told Hadeel that what she was doing was wrong and most places would take the hit and credit the customer (we are only talking about a $13 credit). So I told Hadeel that because I was really impressed with Rosemarie and was very happy with her service, I would let it go. But I will not go to that place again just on the principle fact that Hadeel wouldn't do the right thing.

My husband bought me a gift card to see Alicia because she does his best friends wife's hair. It's an adorable salon and the people were very friendly. Alicia took the time to find out what I wanted and gave me some advice on what style would look best. I absolutely love how it turned out and I'll definitely be back to see her.

I admit I have tried a few spas through the use of groupons, but I can say that I'm very pleased with New Looks Spa. I felt very comfortable and welcomed there. The staff were more personable then other places I have been to, while maintaining a high standard and quality of services. They worked with me on finding deals and services that applied to my specific needs. I strongly recommend them.
