Located on the 24th floor of the innovatively designed Conrad Hotel, the Spa at Conrad Miami features its own minimalist decor and modern vibe. The spa highlights skincare and body treatments using Babor and Eminence organic product lines, as well as massage, nail care and waxing. Recommended services include the Revitalizing Mineral Salt Glow, which utilizes the five-head Vichy Shower, and the Immerse & Release hydrotherapy bath treatment to ease muscle tension and stress. There is also an express menu for those on the go; guests with an extended amount of leisure time can indulge in the spa journey packages, tailored to moms, men, couples and girlfriend groups.

The 6,408-square-foot spa's facilities include eight treatment rooms, a mani/pedi room, luxurious locker rooms and a sauna. The spa is adjacent to a beautiful 24-hour fitness center that sports resistance-training equipment and cardiovascular machines with personal viewing screens. Yoga classes are held once a week.
