Teens need facials too!  Many teenagers experience little pustules on their faces, especially in the t-zone, around the forehead, nose and chin.  Left untreated, they can develop into more advanced stages of acne which force parents to seek stronger medications.  The trend we have noticed is then that the teen uses a strong medicated product and does not balance it with anything hydrating, leaving the skin flaky and sensitive on top and oily & a little less acne prone underneath.  Even worse, the acne is untreated altogether and by the time the teen goes to college the inflammation has done enough damage to cause scarring.  Our 45-minute teen facial offers a customized treatment for all types of teen skin.  A gentle jojoba bead scrub or more active pineapple enzymes are used to exfoliate.  Extractions (always optional) are then performed, safely, to minimize the life of a pimple and also to prevent others from ever coming up!  A mask with sulphur and supportive plant extracts is used to clear congested skin, or a mask of aloe, shea butter, azulene and chamomile can be used for sensitive skin.  We recommend home care and talk to your teen about how to take care of their skin.  Special consideration is given to teens active in sports because the skin needs special attention after perspiring or swimming in chlorine.  We advocate for topical antibiotics when necessary, and provide a supportive regimen to balance its use.

This 1 hour facial lavishes the skin with Royal Jelly from the beehives of Greece.Royal Jelly is rich in 28 amino acids and increases collagen and elastin in the skin.It is the featured ingredient in Apivita's "Queen Bee" line.After a gentle cleanse, the skin is exfoliated with the Queen Bee Mild Exfoliating Cream with Jojoba Beads, Royal Jelly, Honey and Myrhh.Extractions are performed when needed/desired.The facial massage is boosted with a restoring serum containing Seaweed, Honey and Royal Jelly.A Royal Jelly Mask is applied and a neck and shoulder massage is performed.This facial finishes with the Queen Bee Firming and Restoring Rich Face Cream and a scalp massage.

In all honesty the men's facial is almost exactly like the Jessica's Essential Facial.They both use the Greek Apivita line, are 45 minutes and fully customized.Yes, there are some nice Men's Moisturizers to conclude the facial that have an amazing masculine scent.The Cream-Gel is a lightweight moisturizer with Cedar and Propolis.The Face and Eye Cream is more hydrating with Cardamom and Propolis.Both are great for after shaving because of the healing properties of Propolis.But we knew that most men needed to see a men's-specific facial on the menu to feel comfortable booking.So, please feel welcome!

The 45-minute facial is customized to your skin using products by Greek skin care line, Apivita. You will be treated with a professional cleansing, manual exfoliation, warm towels, steam, extractions (if desired), mask, facial massage, neck and shoulder massage, cream, eye cream, and scalp massage. Here is a description of each step of the facial: Professional Cleansing A luxurious start, using an appropriate cleanser. Exfoliation Gentle exfoliation using a Apricot and Honey or Olive Seeds, Salicylic Acid and Lavender. Extractions Extractions are the removal of blackheads and comedones. Extractions can be done for people with just a few blackheads around the nose (very common), people with a lot of blackheads and a few comedones or people with severe acne. Proper extraction methods are essential for anyone with problem skin. Only comedones that are "ready" will be extracted and cysts will never be attempted. For people suffering with acne, regular facials including extractions have proved to reduce the severity of outbreaks. Serum and Facial Massage The purpose of facial massage is to increase the circulation in the skin, tone muscles, soften facial lines, hydrate the skin, and promote relaxation. Pressure point massage is utilized, relieving pressure around the jaw, sinuses, forehead and eye area. Many people who suffer from headaches and eye fatigue find much relief from facial massage. The Anti Wrinkle Restoring Face Oil can be used to boost your facial massage.
