multiTAsk band
Previously Band Freestyle, multiTAsk band is ideal for those days when you need to pack the full method into one, hour-long, extremely effective class. It pairs 30 minutes of deTAil band with 30 minutes of easy-to-follow, band-based cardio, which is a great, calorie burning alternative for members who do not want to dance. Not only does band cardio soften impact and minimize bounce, but it employs upper body strength, which normally gets left out during conventional training. You will tone and shed pounds at once. All levels are welcome. |

This hour long class is packed with everything you need in the method. A total body transforming class with 30 minutes muscular structure, including abs, arms, and legs and 30 mins of nonstop dance cardio. This class is ideal for a busy day when you are crunched for time but need to do the method! Previously Cardio Freestyle CaTAlyst cardio is the ideal, introduction to the cardio-component of the Tracy Anderson Method. You'll get your heart rate up and mind engaged through basic footwork and easy-to-learn dance moves that burn a significant amount of calories. Performed on the Super G floor, this 60-minute class is fun, very high-intensity, and appropriate for all levels (if new to cardio, multiTAsk band is a better option). |

Cardio Freestyle
Dance cardio is the best compliment to the Tracy Anderson muscular structure. We use dance cardio to keep your mind engaged which ensures optimal results. This class will start with 30 min of nonstop high intensity cardio "freestyle" movement, (you'll be following along as the instructor leads you through basic dance steps to keep your mind guessing while also working up a sweat). This will be followed by a 30 minute instructor led breakdown of the Tracy Anderson specially choreographed dances. This class is open to all levels, paced at beginner/intermediate. Best when paired with a one hour muscular structure class. |
