Dr. Erica Campbell, ND and Mary Kathryn Lemaster, LMT and Breath Coach, have teamed up to create a workshop that addresses the mental, emotional, and physical components of life. This workshop is designed to help you restore Balance to your Daily life. We will help you identify the areas where you are struggling and provide tools that you can incorporate into your daily routine that will help you maintain balance. Come to our 3 week workshop and we will help you identify where your imbalances are and provide the tools you need to create balance and and to incorporate lasting changes so that you can LIVE IN TOTALITY. The workshop consists of 9 hours (split over 2 sundays) and 9 video blogs to keep you on track. Using water as a healing medium has been used for thousands of years. This particulary therapy consists of contrasting hot and cold towels coupled with sine wave. The effects are both relaxing and healing. The constiutional hydrotherapy creates an "artifical fever" which causing an increase in white blood cell count, and soothes the parasympathic nervous system . The result provides an increase in cellular metabolism, oxygenation, digestion, assimilation of nutrients, and elimination of toxins while significantly decreasing inflammation.

The Pre-Natal Nutritional Consult is designed to assist the Mom-to-be with nutritional recommendations to promote optimal health during pregnancy. This consult will provide an extensive overview of basic nutritional needs during pregnancy. We will cover ways to allieviate nausa, sweling, fatigue, constipation, blood sugar imbalances and high blood pressure.  We will also cover foods that should be avoided during pregnancy. There will also be time to answer any questions about your pregancy/birthing needs and how they can be met.

The Post-Natal Nutritional Consult is designed to assist the New Mom with nutritional/lifesytle needs for the infant/toddler. This consult will provide an extensive overview of when and why to introduce foods. We will cover ways to allieviate colic, diaper rash, and eczema.  We will also discuss any other new mom needs or concerns (attachment parenting, breast feeding, vaccinations, etc).

The Nutritional PHONE Consult is available for clients who are unable to travel to the office and/or during Dr. Campbell's Maternity leave. The consult is designed to assist our clients in achieving and maintaing optimal health. This consult can be used to address Basic Nutrition or Pre-Natal Nutrition. For Basic Nutritional counseling we will provide an extensive overview basic nutritional needs. We will cover fats, carbohydrates, proteins and caloric needs. We will cover dis-ease specific nutritional needs as well as potentially harmful foods to be avoided. We will also provide sample menus. The Pre-Natal Nutritional Consult is designed to assist the Mom-to-be with nutritional recommendations to promote optimal health during pregnancy. The Pre-Natal Nutritional Consult will provide an extensive overview of basic nutritional needs during pregnancy. We will cover ways to allieviate nausa, sweling, fatigue, constipation, blood sugar imbalances, anemia and high blood pressure.  We will also cover foods that should be avoided during pregnancy. There will also be time to answer any questions about your pregancy/birthing needs and how they can be met. All recommendations and educational materials will be sent via email and recommended products may either be mailed or picked up at the office.

Phone consultations are available for clients who are unable to make it to the office or during Dr. Campbell's maternity leave. The 30 minute consultation is a basic follow up for existing clients. If any new condition has presented, if there are test results to discuss, or if it has been more than 4 months since your last visit, a 1 hour appointment is recommended.

The 1 hour consultation is appriopriate if any new condition has presented, if there are test results to discuss, or if it has been more than 4 months since your last visit.

A 30 minute follow up is scheduled for a basic follow up appointment. If any new condition has arisen, if you have a lengthy list of questions, or if you are discussing any test results, you would want to schedule an hour appointment.

A one hour follow up should be scheduled for existing clients. The one hour time slot is an appropriate amount of time to scheudle if any new condition has arisen, if you have a lengthy list of questions, or if you are discussing any test results.

This can be anything from ADHD, ALLERGIES, CHRONIC EAR INFECTIONS, ECZEMA, ASTHMA, BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS, ETC. The initial consult can also be used as a general wellness visit to discuss diet, nutriton, and lifestyle recommendations specific to your child. The phone call will last approximately 45 mins - 1 hr and the remainder of the allocated time will be devoted to customizing your recommeded plan. All recommendations and educational material will be sent via email. Recommended products can be mailed or picked up at the office.

This can be anything from heart disease, cholesterol issues, allergies, diabetes, endocrine disorders, etc... The phone call will last approximately 1 hr - 1.5 hr and the remainder of the allocated time will be devoted to customizing your recommeded plan. All recommendations and educational material will be sent via email. Recommended products can be mailed or picked up at the office.

Conditions that are best suited for naturopathy are ADHD, ALLERGIES, COLDS, EAR INFECTIONS, ECZEMA, ASTHMA, BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS, ETC. The initial consult can also be used as a general wellness visit to discuss diet, nutriton, and lifestyle recommendations specific to your child.
