    Take Time Relaxation Center, LLC, of Bethel, Connecticut, strives to provide guests with an open atmosphere where the vibe is about letting go and releasing stress. The 800-square-foot spa features two rooms as well as a chair massage area, a neon “Breathe” sign in the lobby, sage green tones and a Zen, earthy feel throughout. There is also an art gallery, which showcases local artists’ relaxation- themed artwork. The spa’s goal is to educate working people and those with busy schedules about stress control through relaxation by massage therapy. In addition to its signature deep tissue massage, Take Time offers hot stone, reflexology, reiki, and pre-natal massage featuring aromatherapy.

My husband purchased a package of massages for me here. I have had one hour massage so far. The strength of the masseur was great. I may try a less intense massage next time - perhaps swedish. Very pleasant experience.

We purchased a Livingsocial Voucher for this place and while there are still 4 days til expiration, they will not honor it because they are overbooked. This is a rather poor business practice and one that does not invite client loyalty.

I am a regular at Take Time and had the opportunity to use a Spafinder gift certificate there recently. I love Take Time. Darryl, the owner, always treats you like family. The therapists, including Darryl, are all fantastic and very nice. I would highly recommend Take Time!
