Drum, Dance, Chill

This donation based gathering meets on the third Friday of every month. Bring a drum if you have one, and bring two if you have one to share. If you don't have a drum, no worries as there are usually ones to share. Or, if you like, you can clap, sing, dance, or simply sit quietly and take in the atmosphere. The first hour we will drum and get the energy flowing. After that, we will let the energy settle as we take a steady and comfortable seated postion, connect with our breath, and move deeply into the stillness of our being for the remainder of our time together. This is a wonderfully playful exploration of getting to feel our inner rythmn, building our listening skills, and freeing our natural current of expression. Suggested donation $10.
