The 2,500-square-foot spa and salon at The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge has 10 treatment rooms and an extensive spa menu to pamper and soothe; additional spa highlights include separate men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with showers.

The spa offers a range of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep-tissue, craniosacral, reflexology, hot stone and shiatsu. Spa-goers can also opt for body treatments such as slimming marine wraps, rejuvenating salt scrubs, and deep cleansing, oxygen and hydrating facials, some of which incorporate the renowned Sothys product line. In addition to its classic treatments, the menu features acupuncture, chiropractic services and offerings tailored to pain and injury, the digestive and respiratory systems and general health care.
