I am just giving testimony of my wife experience as I scheduled this appointment for her. Simply enjoyable! She found her first visit to this spa an unique experience, soothing, with her therapist to be extremely knowledgeable, gentle and very receptive of all her request with regards to the message she was receiving. She used their facilities "Shower, Sauna"etc and found very nice and clean where she was able to relax and enjoy her time there. Everything was really excellent so she was very happy!!

this place is terrible, and people shouldn't waste your time and money for this garbage place. They actually stole my money. They told me a facial cost $125, and 6 facials is $550. I pay for all six, but when they made me the first one, it turned out bad. Then i ask for my money back, but it took me ten days only to get back $400 back. So if you go there dint pay in advance, fui a es lugar a hacerme unos faciales que ter mino en una pesadia me dijeron que un facial costaba 125 y 6faciales por 550 me hicieron el primero no me gusto pedi que se cobraran solo el primer facial y que me devolcieran mi dinero se enojaron no me loquerian de volver des pues de 10 dias me dieron 400 dolares o sea que me robaron 25 tenga mucho cuidado con esta jente primero te ofrecen tecitos y tecitos y ya despues nadien se quiere ser responsable de nada no bayan a estos lugares que solo quitarte tu dinero quieren

I was looking for birthday gift for my wife. So I did call Yolanda Aguilar Spa, I did love the pictures and review of this Spa..! So I did decide to buy a gift certificate for my wife...... I did have one a terrible experience, I don't know why but the receptionist was mean just from the beginning of our conversation and actually she did hang up the phone just because I did ask too many questions about the spa and the treatments? What kind of business is this? One sure thing, this is not how do you take care of a client. I can guarantee my wife will not massage in this place! And for you Yolanda Aguilar Spa, please chouse people with better character and personality, I wish your business standards would be as good as shown at the pictures. Best Regards,

I was able to get a same-day massage reservation with Agatha while staying downtown for a night on business and was very satisfied with my entire experience with Yolanda Aguillar. Locker room was nice albeit small (with waiting area inside it), clean and included a nice steamroom which I enjoyed both before and after the massage. Shower was clean and of good size. Agatha was a very good masseuse and very sweet. I tend to get a massage closer to my home about every month and Agatha's skills were right up among the best I've had. Very relaxing. She gave particular attention to some trouble areas and the use of ample hot towels was very much appreciated. Cost was typical of a spa massage and I was using SpaFinder gift certificates I received as a gift so the sting wasn't bad at all. Save $20 and buy some yourself at Costco to lessen the bite. I'd definitely go again if I happened to be downtown and had some more certs to use. The only suggestion I'd make is to provide some deodorant/anti-perspirant and some hair products at the sink in the bathroom for use after showering. No big deal though.

About two weeks ago, I had a facial done at the YA Beauty Spa, and all I can say is that my experience was great, all the staff was very friendly and the facial was absolutely awesome. I plan to visit again sometime next month to get a massage. I really need it after going to the Gold's gym next door, that massage is going to make me feel like new. Thanks a lot YA Beauty.

I've been going to Yolanda Aguilar spa over 10yrs and its great! Their friendly and professional and great services. My favorite treatments are warm stone massage and European Combination which includes facial and massage for only $135..They always have specials on servies and products. Right now they have 45min massage for only $50 on tues/wed/thurs.

I purchased a special on their website for a massage & facial for $135. It stated on their website, "allow 2.5 hours for the entire special. My mother who I purchased the special for was out in under 2 hours and didn't get her 15 minute body steam, massage was 45 minutes, and facial was for 40 minutes. The woman at the counter said my mother was released early because she "didn't have any blackheads, and her face was already clean." I said, "you've got to be kidding me." I told her that her special online was considered false advertisement. The Yolanda Aguilar Beauty Institute & Spa refused to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. They also refused to refund me my money. I don't recommend it.
