Massage and facial
I booked my massage and facial with the knowledgeable staff. I was placed in my massage first and the owner provided a very relaxing but strong massage to remove all of my knots from computer work that I do daily. The facial was next and I was really ready to relax, and my face has never looked so great and smooth. I definitely will be returning for more services next month.

Poor Service
I received a SpaFinder gift card for my bday in March and finally decided to book an appointment. I live in Ft. Collins, and since this is the only spa in Ft. Collins that is listed as accepting the gift cards, I called them. After looking at their website, I decided that I wanted to do the Foot Rescue Treatment. The website is a bit confusing because for that treatment, it states that it's "only available with spa package." However, it lists a price of $65 for 75 minutes, which would imply that that is the price for that individual treatment. When I called to make an appointment, I asked the lady what it meant that it is only available with a spa package, and if it would be possible to get that treatment by itself. She was not sure and said she would check with someone and call me back in 15 minutes. She never did. I called back the next day and spoke with Theresa. I asked her the same question and she did not know either. She said she would email Susan to get an answer and Susan would call me back. It's now 2 days later & I haven't heard back from anyone. Not only are the employees here not knowledgable of their services, but on two occasions I did not get a call back. I give up. I will be taking my business to a spa in Loveland

Very Peaceful
I walked into the waiting room of a spa and was greated by Shelby who gave an an extremely awesome facial. There was waterfall sounds from a hanging fountain and soft music playing in the room. She spread green stuff on my face, and scratched dead skin off with something. My skin felt great for a while afterwards.

restful and tasteful
The owner was knowledgeable and attentive. Her full body massage was skilled. The warm decor and cleanliness combined with her friendliness allowed me to fully relax and get the most out of my massage. I thought the waiting room was cozy but I didn't get to spend much time in it because she was readdy for me right away. It was so easy to get in on her schedule too.

Excellent Service
I was pleasantly surprised at the spa's private and relaxing atomsphere. The staff was very helpful in selecting the right services for my needs. My facial was excellent and the therapuetic massage relaxed me for weeks. I can not wait until my next appointment, as I am going to be visiting the spa every month.

not a true medi-spa
I was highly disappointed in the 1st & only visit at this place. You walk into an optometrist's office & are in an open floor plan of the waiting area & retail for eyeware. The staff (which are really for the eye doctor) are not very friendly or helpful. The "spa" part is through the office & off to the side. The rooms are fair & of day spa atmosphere. A separate entrance & a friendly receptionist who cares that you even walked through the door are desparately needed. The massage I recieved was decent. However, the table was too hard & a multi-purpose table - not exclusive for massage.
