    Positive Strides Therapies invites guests to take a spa escape and receive a slice of heaven in the midst of their hectic daily lives. The spa is painted in warm colors throughout its two treatment rooms and lobby area. Services are designed to renew, relax and rejuvenate and include aromatherapy massage, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, manicures and pedicures. Complimentary tea and water are offered with every treatment, as well as an herbal foot soak. Positive Strides hosts walking groups, learn to run/walk clinics, relaxation workshops and spa parties.
