Aromatherapy Spa Pedicure
This was my first time receiving an aromatherapy spa pedicure and it was a great and relaxing experience. My pedicure looks wonderful.

Nice manicure
I went here back in the Fall of 2009 and the review before about it being a small house with no waiting room was correct. I got there a few minutes early and ended waiting like 20 minutes. If it had been one of those walk in nail places no big deal but I did make an appointment. The spa manicure was very nice and the lady did a great job. The price was reasonable and its close to my work. I would probably go there again but I am super picky about nail techs using clean tools on me which they should. Did not use any other services so it would not be fair to comment on them.

Left a lot to be desired...
I went to Serendipity for a Valentine's day couples massage. When I arrived, I was surprised by the appearance. Instead of serene spa, it was more of a cramped, renovated house. The waiting area was small and was occupied by both those who were waiting for their service and manicure stations. Compared to other spas that I have gone to, this was definitely sub-par. My biggest complaint is that the service was 30 minutes late. I also paid for an hour massage and was docked 15 minutes because they were running behind schedule (I complained and they knocked off $20 for the $140 couples massage). The massage itself was okay...definitely not the best I've had. This salon leaves a lot to be desired. The prices aren't bad...but you are definitely getting what you pay for. A lot of the luxury and service that should come with a spa experience were lacking.

Historic Cottage Spa - Very Competent!
I went to this spa for a Valentine's special in which my husband and I were treated to a pedi and a massage. The price was good and the pedi and massage were to die for! The only issue I had was the location and facilities. It was out of a small historic house near downtown Orlando. I feel that the renovation was well done into a spa, but I would have appreciated knowing what the facilities looked like instead of being surprised. Overall, the massage was well done, and the pedicure was expertly performed. I would definitely go back.
