With its soft textures and vibrant hues, The Centre for Well-Being has created a calming atmosphere inspired by its desert setting. In the 22,000-square-foot facility, spa-goers will find a meditation atrium and 24 spacious treatment rooms housing signature services integrating desert plants and minerals that figure heavily in indigenous Southwestern healing practices. These include the 110-minute Desert Serenity Scrub, Wrap and Massage, which nourishes skin with a mineral-rich clay and aloe vera wrap followed by a full-body massage.

Guests can select from more than 75 massage, mind/body and alternative therapies, among them meditation, tarot readings, astrology and golf/sports guided imagery; naturopathic, nutrition, homeopathic and wellness consultations are also available. Spa-goers can partake in beauty services in the salon, and a fully equipped fitness center accommodates exercise fans.

The Phoenician's accommodations consist of rooms and suites in the elegant main building, suites in the AA Five Diamond boutique hotel, The Canyon Suites located on property, private villas and lakefront casitas. Guest rooms offer Italian marble-adorned bathrooms and private balconies, while The Canyon Suites provide guests with their own infinity-edge pool. Casitas encircle Necklace Lake, encompassing one- and two-bedroom accommodations; private villas, ideal options for families and groups, are also available, and each comes with a private golf cart for on-property use.

The hotel's numerous restaurants epitomize culinary diversity. Il Terrazzo serves contemporary American-Italian cuisine in a casually elegant setting, while fine steakhouse classics can be enjoyed at the stylish J&G Steakhouse. Sweet treats can be savored at the popular Café & Ice Cream Parlor. Among the specialties at Relish Bistro Burger, situated on the second floor of the golf clubhouse, are Kobe burgers, salads, appetizers and desserts, along with one of the largest tequila collections in Arizona. The Phoenician boasts a wide range of on-site recreation options. The Tennis Garden offers 11 outdoor courts on four playing surfaces, 10 of which are lit for night play. Guests can hit the links on any of three nine-hole golf courses — Canyon, Desert and Oasis — ranked by Phoenix magazine for their sensational views. Additionally, the property offers nine swimming pools – including the signature Mother of Pearl as its centerpiece – and embellishments such as a 165-foot water slide, mother-of-pearl tiling, fountains, and whirlpools. Kids have their own pools in which to splash and play.

A horticulturist conducts tours of the two-acre cactus garden, guiding guests through more than 250 varieties of cacti, as well as the desert wildlife that can be spotted among the saguaro. A Family Activity Center features a movie theater, interactive game room and playground. Supervised activities are available for children 5-12 years of age at the Funician Kids Club.
