Aquarian baths is a 10,000-square-foot, two-level wellness center, comprised of the Ocean Spa, an indoor pool with fully retractable sunroof, current pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. Guests seeking quiet time can unwind in the experience suites, which include an aromatherapy steam room, a cool mist room, herbal sauna, and gentle rainfall shower. The lower-level European spa has seven treatment rooms and offers a full range of services, specializing in treatments with Aromatherapy Associates and Sothys of Paris. Couples will enjoy treatments in tandem in the couples suite.
The fitness center, located on the spa's upper level, contains cardio machines and fixed and free weights.
Children must be 16 years and over to use the indoor pool and facilities at the Spa.

The rooms and suites are located in cottages--many of which were once private homes, one dating back 300 years--that are scattered throughout the property. Accommodations have their own terraces and patios, some overlooking gardens and some the ocean. The pool suites, which feature private plunge pools with infinity edge, are especially luxurious.
One of the three restaurants, the elegant Tamarisk Room, has a terrace overlooking Mangrove Bay and serves international cuisine. The menu changes nightly and always includes vegetarian options. The chef can prepare spa cuisine upon request. Breezes is a waterfront alfresco restaurant on Long Bay Beach. Casual by day and more elegant by evening, the restaurant serves the freshest catch of the day. Shutters, a pool bar and restaurant, serves light meals for lunch and offers an "A La Minute" pasta station, among other light and healthy culinary dishes in the evening. Daily live music serenades diners during the summer season. Many of the resort's packages include meals, and Cambridge Beaches is a member of The Bermuda Collection, so guests can dine at restaurants at other member properties at no extra charge. Cambridge Beaches can also prepare candle-lit dinners for two on the beach.

The sparkling blue ocean can be seen from nearly every corner of the resort, and water sports play a major role here. At Cambridge Beaches's marina, guests can rent motor boats, sail boats, kayaks, snorkel gear, and fishing equipment. Scuba diving and instruction can be arranged off site. The heart of the resort's leisure activities is its infinity-edge pool area with terraces and waterfalls overlooking Mangrove Bay.
Tennis players can enjoy the three on-site courts. Golf is an unforgettable experience on Bermuda, and the resort is a member of every private and public course on the island. The resort also offers a putting green and a croquet lawn.
A wide variety of excursions depend on the season, including snorkeling retreats, sunset sails, sightseeing trips, walking tours, and much more. The concierge can also help arrange other types of expeditions. During the summer season, a complimentary shuttle takes guests to Hamilton three times a week. Outside the high season, complimentary tokens are offered for the public transportation system.
