    Spirit House Yoga Center has been in business since June of 2004 and was founded by husband and wife team, Martha McQuaid and Ted Cox. Spirit House Yoga is the only yoga studio in Oklahoma that offers both Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, taught by Certified Baptiste Teacher, Ted Cox and Anusara Inspired Yoga, taught by Certified Teacher, Martha McQuaid.Spirit House Yoga Center offers two side by side studios dedicated solely to yoga. No pilates equipment, spin bicycles, fitness equipment, etc.Spirit House Yoga is an authorized Prana dealer, a company that specializes in high performance yoga apparel.
